This Delivery and Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the fulfillment, shipping, and electronic processing of payments for all orders submitted through our platform. By placing an order with Domendomen, you expressly agree to the practices, timelines, fees, and operational policies detailed herein.
1. Order Processing and Fulfillment Schedule
All orders placed through Domendomen are handled with deliberate care to preserve item integrity. Processing commences immediately upon verification of payment authorization. Please review the operational parameters governing order processing:
- Standard Processing Hours: Orders undergo validation, quality screening, and packaging Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding recognized federal holidays.
- Fulfillment Timelines: In-stock inventory typically packages and departs our fulfillment facilities within one (1) to two (2) business days from confirmed payment receipt.
- Order Revisions & Cancellations: Because our distribution center initiates picking rapidly, changes to delivery destinations or product quantities must be communicated within one (1) hour of order submission. Domendomen cannot guarantee cancellation or order adjustments once the fulfillment sequence has commenced.
2. Domestic Shipping Methods, Timelines, and Rates
Domendomen contracts with certified, reliable logistics carriers to guarantee dependable conveyance across all serviceable regions. Delivery schedules are calculated from the point at which an order leaves our facility, not from the moment the order is initially submitted online.
- Standard Ground Shipping: Delivery is typically finalized within three (3) to six (6) business days post-dispatch. The flat shipping fee for standard conveyance is $6.95, or complimentary on qualified merchandise orders totaling $65.00 or greater prior to applicable sales tax.
- Expedited Priority Delivery: Delivery occurs within two (2) to three (3) business days following shipment handoff. Priority fulfillment incurs a flat fee of $14.50.
- Next-Day Air Service: Guaranteed next business day arrival for qualifying addresses when requested and authorized before 12:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Thursday. Air transit fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on weight and precise geographic postal coordinates.
3. Delivery Territories and Regional Limitations
Domendomen currently ships across the contiguous United States, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and designated United States territories. Please take note of specific destination constraints:
- Contiguous States: Standard and expedited shipping options are available to residential and commercial street addresses across the 48 contiguous states.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Offshore Territories: Orders directed outside the contiguous territory may experience extended transit schedules, frequently requiring an additional two (2) to five (5) business days beyond baseline estimates. Additional freight surcharges may apply during checkout.
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Military Bases: Deliveries to post office boxes and military addresses are dispatched exclusively via standard national postal services. Priority express or time-definite morning deliveries cannot be accommodated for these addresses.
- International Forwarding: Domendomen does not directly accept international retail dispatches through standard automated checkout. Shipments to recognized third-party freight forwarding depots terminate Domendomen's liability once received and signed for at the designated domestic hub.
4. Tracking Capabilities and Delivery Confirmation
Upon carrier handover, Domendomen automatically generates a dispatch confirmation notice transmitted directly to the email address registered with your customer profile. This transmission contains an active carrier tracking identifier and an estimated date of arrival.
Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location. Domendomen and its affiliated carriers consider an order fulfilled when carrier electronic scans document successful handover or placement at the recipient's premises. If your tracking indicates confirmed delivery but the package cannot be located, we ask that you conduct a visual inspection of surrounding access points and contact our support department within forty-eight (48) hours.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Misrouted Consignments
Domendomen adheres strictly to robust protective packaging protocols. However, should an item sustain physical damage during transit, the following procedures govern remediation:
- Reporting Protocol: Notification of damage or missing parcels must be lodged with Domendomen within seventy-two (72) hours of carrier-confirmed arrival by writing to support@domendomen.com.
- Evidentiary Requirements: Reports should include clear photographic documentation showing the external shipping container, carrier shipping label, packing slip, and affected merchandise.
- Resolution Measures: Following swift verification, Domendomen will coordinate an expedited replacement at no incremental expense to the purchaser or issue a credit adjustment directly to the initial payment source.
6. Authorized Payment Methods and Billing Security
To ensure total transactional confidence, Domendomen utilizes bank-grade, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant encryption gateways. Sensitive cardholder credentials are processed through tokenized architecture and are never stored on our local servers.
We accept the following payment instruments:
- Major Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
- Digital Wallets and Contactless Solutions: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal Express Checkout for frictionless authenticated billing.
- Pre-paid Cards: Verified bank-issued prepaid payment cards registered with valid billing addresses matching the order profile.
Payment cards are authorized and settled immediately at checkout. In the event of a payment authorization decline, the order cannot be scheduled for processing, and you will be prompted to supply an alternative settlement method.

Domendomen reserves the right to implement automated anti-fraud validation controls, which may include matching billing addresses against financial institution records or requesting supplementary confirmation for irregular high-volume orders.
